Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional in nature.)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day:
- on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, took possession of the goods, or
- in the case of a single order for multiple goods delivered separately, on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us:

by means of a clear written statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, though it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we received your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of return, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
Return Shipping Costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Diminished Value
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that diminished value is attributable to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires early in the case of:
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- goods that perish quickly or whose expiry date would be rapidly exceeded;
- individually manufactured or personalised products;
- digital vouchers, once provided by email or redeemed.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, you will receive a notification confirming approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, reimbursement will be made within a maximum of 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of return. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, minor delays in crediting may occur.
Exchange
Direct exchanges are not possible. If you wish to receive a different variant or product, please return the goods in accordance with the steps above and place a new order.
Exclusion for Business Customers (B2B)
The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Business customers (§ 14 BGB) purchasing goods in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity have no right of withdrawal.
